Job Description
Key Responsibilities.
Responsible for Shop floor Safety and 5S.
Responsible for the performance of a production and continuous improvement.
Responsible for product quality and issue resolution.
Responsible for production planning and execution.
Responsible for man management and trainings.
· Qualification required BE/ Diploma / BSC chemical.
· Min 5 Years’ experience in Phosphating and Powder coating industries.
· Knowledge of Chemical Titration process.
· Knowledge of Powder coating operations and Equipements.
· knowledge of all types of powder and its properties.
· Knowledge of ERP (Oracle or SAP)
· Knowledge of MS OFFICE.
· Knowledge of analytics.
· Knowledge of quality tools.
· Experience in handling of unionized operators.
· Good manpower management.
· Need good communication skill (written and verbal)
· Should be adaptable to various situation.
· Should be good team player.
· Should possess good leadership skills.
· Should work in three shifts.
