My one-year apprenticeship with Grameen Shakti has been a life-changing experience that taught me the true meaning of impactful work. Joining Grameen Shakti right after graduation, I was able to immerse myself in projects that directly benefit communities, bringing sustainable energy solutions to areas in need. Working alongside a passionate team, I gained practical insights into the renewable energy sector, as well as invaluable skills in project management and community outreach. This hands-on experience has not only strengthened my technical abilities but has also given me a profound sense of purpose and dedication to making a positive difference.

I am deeply thankful to the Board of Practical Training (Eastern Region), Ministry of Education, Government of India, for making this opportunity a reality. BOPT(ER)’s commitment to connecting graduates with impactful organizations like Grameen Shakti is truly commendable.
