My one-year apprenticeship at Tata Steel has been an enriching and transformative experience. Joining the company after graduation, I was excited to apply my knowledge, but the depth of learning I gained here exceeded my expectations. Tata Steel’s structured training, paired with real-world challenges, allowed me to sharpen my technical skills and develop a strong work ethic. I was fortunate to work with an inspiring team and knowledgeable mentors who encouraged me every step of the way.
