My one-year apprenticeship at Tata Steel has been an invaluable journey, filled with learning, growth, and personal development. Coming straight from graduation, I was eager to apply my academic knowledge, but Tata Steel offered me much more than just technical skills. Working alongside experienced professionals in such a renowned company allowed me to gain hands-on experience in my field, understand industry standards, and develop the confidence to tackle real-world challenges. The supportive environment and guidance from my mentors pushed me to excel and prepared me to face future professional demands.

I am incredibly thankful to the Board of Practical Training (Eastern Region), Ministry of Education, Government of India, for their instrumental role in making this opportunity a reality. BOPT(ER) has been unwavering in their commitment to providing practical training to young professionals, bridging the gap between education and industry. Their efforts have given me a solid foundation to start my career with purpose and readiness.
