Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our retail team. The Retail Sales and Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, supporting daily sales operations, and maintaining an organized and welcoming store environment.
Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a courteous and helpful manner.

Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.

Maintain product displays, replenish stock, and ensure store tidiness.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns effectively.

Assist in achieving sales targets and promoting store offers.
